IMER GROUP concrete mixers comply with DIN 1045 – DIN 459 standards concerning dry mixing capacity.
Our expertise in fitting equipment to vehicles of all makes allows us to achieve optimum performance in terms of safety on the road and on construction sites. The exclusive design of the mixing spirals ensures homogeneous movement of the mix in all sections of the drum, maintaining and improving the characteristics of the concrete transported. Both the standard and ultra-light drums are made of special wear-resistant steels with chemical and mechanical characteristics that are absolutely superior to commonly used steels. The IMER WEAR steel, used for the superlight drums, has such resistance that it allows the thickness of the steel sheet to be reduced to 3 mm (much lighter). The 30MnB5 steel, used for the standard drums, thanks to its high boron and manganese content, guarantees real wear resistance.
