The EMULPACK® bitumen emulsion plant is engineered to produce high-quality simple or modified emulsions compatible with any type of bitumen, featuring batch soap solution production. It delivers continuous production rates up to 40 tons per hour and batch rates up to 15 tons per hour. The plant is fully configurable, with options for flux lines, liquid or pasty amines, latex, and more, integrating technologies that simplify operation. Housed in a transferable containerized format, the EMULPACK® is equipped with the BITUMILL® colloid mill, which ensures emulsion quality through adjustable settings and ease of use in all-electric applications. This design enables the production of various emulsion types, including cationic, anionic, and non-ionic, suitable for applications such as tack coats, prime coats, surface dressings, slurry seals, cold-mix asphalt, grave emulsions, waterproofing membranes, and recycling emulsions.
