The STRECKER SZ and PZ Series consist of handheld resistance butt welding guns developed for mobile, on-site, or confined-space welding tasks. These compact tools are tailored for steel wire welding, especially low-carbon types, and are available in both standard and battery-powered models. Despite their small size, they offer precise and reliable welding performance, making them perfect for quick repairs, maintenance jobs, and manual production settings. The series includes optional accessories like chargers and 6V batteries for cordless operation where needed.
Available Models:
- SZ05 – Welding range: steel < 0.25% C, 0.3–1.2 mm. Compact design with total gun weight of approx. 1.1 kg. Ideal for lightweight field applications.
- SZ1 – Suitable for steel < 0.25% C, welding diameters from 0.4–1.6 mm. Practical for mobile use with balanced handling.
- SZ2 – For welding steel < 0.25% C, in the range of 0.5–2.0 mm. Designed for versatility in light fabrication environments.
- SZ4 – Handles wire sizes of 0.8–2.8 mm (steel < 0.25% C). Suitable for medium-duty portable welding applications.
- SZ10 – Supports larger wire diameters from 1.5–4.0 mm for steel < 0.25% C. Offers more welding force for tougher jobs while maintaining portability.
- BSZ – Battery-operated welding gun for steel wires 0.3–1.4 mm in diameter. Weighs just 1.1 kg and includes optional 6V battery and charger for cordless use.
