The ORU DNK batching plant range with LOGIK WL storage unit can be equipped with all ORUMD twin shaft mixers, it is perfect for the production of ready-mix concrete for building and structural works. The loading system is made with a crawled belt and the production capacity is between 80 and 130 m3/h.
The concrete produced by all our batching plants can satisfy the highest quality standards even for special applications and for very high-performance structures. The total control in the formulation of the mix recipes guarantees maximum performance even with horizontal axes mixers. This typology of batching plants with belt loading is simpler than those with skips and with the crawled belt it is possible to increase the inclination of the belt reducing its length. This expedient is successful in reducing the loading times in the mixer and the space required for plant installation. The LOGIK L storage unit with which it is combined can be configured as a 3- to 6-bin version with a storage capacity from 60 to 120 m3 which can be further increased thanks to the optional side panels.
