The ORU DNK batching plant range with LOGIK WB storage units can be equipped with all ORUMD twin shaft mixers. It is perfect for the production of ready-mix concrete for building and structural projects. The loading system features a slatted belt and the production capacity is between 80 and 130 m3/h.
The concrete produced by all our batching plants meets the highest quality standards even for special applications and very high-performance structures. The total control in the formulation of the mix recipes guarantees maximum performance even with horizontal shaft mixers. This type of batching plant with belt loading is simpler than those with skips and it is possible to increase the inclination of the slatted belt by reducing its length. This expedient successfully reduces loading times in the mixer and the space required for plant installation. The LOGIK B storage unit with which it is combined can be configured as a 4- to 6-bin version with a storage capacity from 98 to 150 m3 which can be increased up to 352 m3 thanks to the optional side panels.
