Thanks to the modularity of the elements, and future extensions of the storage unit, no modification of the existing elements is necessary.
To respond to the many requirements of building yards of different types (for clearances, dimensions, etc.), ORU proposes an accurate study capable of resolving the most diverse problems: from the installation of the batching plant to the delivery of the concrete (distribution, etc.), to the process of automation and prearrangement of the safety equipment, in compliance with applicable legislation. Thanks to our BELTUP scale belts (patented system), expensive concrete works are not required (no pillars or pits) and the loading point for the aggregates remains extremely low. The system for loading the aggregates into the storage hoppers is created according to the specific needs of each site. The main elements are hot dip galvanised. This treatment ensures total protection from corrosive agents in any environmental condition and therefore greater durability and inalterability of the product over time. On request, the equipment can also be provided with paint coating over the galvanised surfaces.
