Available Models:
- HRS4000 – This machine is designed for resistance roller seam welding of flat steel sections ranging from 15 to 100 mm² (6 AWG to 4/0 AWG). It accommodates materials with a minimum thickness of 0.15 mm (0.006 inches) and a maximum width of 100 mm (3.937 inches). The HRS4000 operates with a nominal capacity of 4 kVA at a 50% duty cycle and weighs approximately 145 kg (320 lbs).
- BSM-E – Specially engineered for single-wire applications, the BSM-E offers flexibility through its battery operation, making it suitable for fieldwork and locations without direct power access. The welding gun is lightweight, weighing around 2.7 kg (4 lbs), ensuring ease of handling. This model is ideal for welding steel wires with diameters between 1 and 1.2 mm (0.039 to 0.047 inches).
- WSW – This machine specializes in Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) strip welding, providing high-quality welds for applications requiring precision and cleanliness. The WSW series is particularly suited for industries where weld integrity and appearance are critical.
