Powered by a 110 kW motor, the BVR 1200 shredder weighs 8.5 tonnes and includes six fixed and 18 mobile rectangular blades, each measuring 28 x 56 x 195 mm, made from proprietary steel alloy and reversible four times to extend their lifespan. The shredder is equipped with a horizontal pusher that adapts to the engine load to avoid blockages, reducing the need for crane operator assistance. Its design includes a hydraulic-assisted screen replacement system and easy access for maintenance, ensuring user-friendly operation and low operating costs.
