Equipped with a 90 kW motor, the BDR 1245 shredder provides 40 tonnes of torque at the blade tip, facilitated by a 1-tonne disengageable flywheel. Its design includes six fixed and 18 mobile rectangular blades, each measuring 28 x 56 x 195 mm, made from proprietary steel alloy and reversible four times for extended use. The shredder features a hydraulic-assisted screen replacement system, allowing for output sizes ranging from 10 mm to 75 mm, and offers easy access for maintenance, ensuring user-friendly operation.
