Equipped with a 315 kW motor, the SRP 2400 delivers 400 tonnes of torque at the blade tip, facilitated by a 5-tonne disengageable flywheel and a friction disc for handling ungrindable materials. The granulator includes 24 fixed and 60 mobile rectangular blades, each measuring 38 x 78 x 195 mm, made from a proprietary steel alloy and reversible four times for extended use. Maintenance is streamlined with an easily accessible blade gapping system and hydraulic assistance for screen replacement, ensuring user-friendly operation and minimal downtime. The design incorporates a hydraulic pusher for optimised material feeding, enhancing throughput and efficiency.
