The machine includes 12 fixed and 30 mobile rectangular blades, each measuring 28 x 56 x 195 mm, crafted from a proprietary steel alloy and reversible four times to maximise lifespan. Maintenance is streamlined with an easily accessible blade gapping system and hydraulic assistance for screen replacement. The granulator’s design ensures user-friendly operation and quick maintenance, enhancing overall efficiency.
