In 2013 we installed the world’s first rebar cut & bend plant with integrated warehousing concept. In the recent years more rebar shops have successfully put our warehousing machinery into operation. This is the newest technologie in rebar processing !
The system uses intermediate buffer stations with robotized displacement systems. This is a big step forward in lean production. The intermediate storage facility is completely automatic and is connected to the customers’ ERP system. It is possible to connect multiple production lines to this warehousing concept. In combination with our Automatic Bar Loader we design the rebar shop to lead you to the next level of rebar processing.
