Modern and flexible cutting and bending line for average production
The installation is constructed modularly based upon the customer’s requirements. An SE150 or SE300 cutting machine can be selected as required based upon your production needs. The machine is available in 12, 14 and 16 meters versions. All roller conveyors are fitted with plastic covered rollers, which considerably reduces the noise level in comparison to steel rollers. The measuring track is equipped with a very fast automatic length stop that turns away after every cutting movement so that the cut lengths can be ejected automatically.

All movements are controlled by electric motors with frequency controllers so that good start-up and stopping speeds are guaranteed. In addition to the traditional tribune storage we can also install our unique rotating storage as a stock system. This storage with 6 or 7 compartments saves a great deal of space and holds the work ergonomically.
