A traditional tribune storage or a unique rotating storage can be used as stock. A further step towards automation is the use of an ABL (see ABL). All roller conveyors are fi tted with plastic covered rollers and powerful electric motors for the highest possible transport speeds.

Thanks to the use of a moveable cutting machine and fixed measuring partitions in the measurement track the end product is always 100% dimensionally stable. After cutting, the bars can automatically be ejected to two sides. In addition to the measurement track, we develop customer-specifi c logistic solutions for an optimal routing of the cut bars. We can also integrate stationary bending machines or double bending installations into the machine.
