The BVR 845C is powered by a 55 kW motor and weighs 4.3 tonnes. It includes four fixed and 12 mobile rectangular blades, each measuring 28 x 56 x 195 mm, made from proprietary steel alloy and reversible four times for extended use. This shredder features a pendular pusher with a 100% electric crank drive system, adapting to engine load to prevent blockages and minimise crane operator assistance. Its design incorporates a gas cylinder-assisted screen replacement system, an integrated and removable vibrating extractor, and easy access for maintenance, ensuring user-friendly operation and low operating costs.
