Equipped with a 110 kW motor, the BAT 1200 U delivers 120 tonnes of torque at the blade tip, facilitated by a 1-tonne disengageable flywheel and a friction disc for handling ungrindable materials. The granulator includes 12 fixed and 30 mobile rectangular blades, each measuring 28 x 56 x 195 mm, made from a proprietary steel alloy and reversible four times for extended use. Maintenance is streamlined with an easily accessible blade gapping system and hydraulic assistance for rotor access, ensuring user-friendly operation and reduced downtime.
