The motorized tarp cart and tarp roller from KRAFT CURING provide a reliable and effective cover for long line concrete casting forms; for example, a 120 meter form may be covered in less than 15 minutes. Retention of heat and moisture accelerates the concrete hardening process and prevents dry-shrinkage cracking.

Tarp cart and roller with reflective tarp for 1.2 m wide hollow-core bed shown on steel rails. A version operating on tires and various widths up to 12 meters are also available.

Hydraulic motor powers the rubber friction drive that unrolls/rolls the tarp. Using a rubber tire allows for simple changing of the tarp roller cartridge.

A powerful gasoline engine drives the hydraulic unit – both located on the tarp cart frame. The hand-help remote control allows for quick, very simple operation by one operator.
