These stackers are an economically efficient alternative. In our stackers, the rollers tilt down (and not on a horizontal plane) so there is no friction between the surface of the blanks and their surface quality is therefore preserved. They are designed especially for medium thicknesses (rackets) or thick thicknesses (bombdoor).
Bombdoor Stacker
- The Bombdoor stacker is a robust, reliable and easy-to-operate machine, which is designed mainly for thick thicknesses (up to 25 mm).
- The blank is supported by motorised rolls. Once the blank is positioned, the rolls tilt and the piece falls onto the previous piece eliminating any kind of friction. The front stop and side guide pushers ensure optimum stacking quality.
- It can have one or several stacking stations, and can reach cadences of up to 50 cycles/min.
Racket Stacker
- The Racket Stacker is designed for medium thicknesses (1 – 6 mm) and for more delicate materials. For this reason, the blank is supported by polyurethane wheels that stop any type of mark appearing on the sheet.
- It is a simple and efficient machine, tilting up to 55 cycles/min.
- For thin thicknesses of up to 3 mm, it can be combined with a free-fall stacker with turbochargers to generate an air cushion to soften the fall of the piece.
