Our years of experience in servo-mechanical presses have allowed us to apply this technology to hot-stamping as well. To do this, we developed and patented an exclusive force control system that ensures the performance and long life of the press under the specific conditions it undergoes during the hot-stamping process.
The servo-mechanical press allows a reduction of production costs (i.e. energy and maintenance) while increasing the cadence.
This technology has been successfully tested in both die testing facilities and in the world’s fastest hot-stamping system, with fully continuous movement in the fashion of cold-stamping transfer presses.
