MTB’s Reinforced Magnetic Sorter (TMR) is engineered to enhance the purity of processed materials by efficiently removing ferrous contaminants. The system features a horizontal conveyor equipped with a strategically placed beater beneath the belt and a height-adjustable permanent overband magnet above. This configuration ensures that steel fragments are effectively lifted from the material stream. The TMR can be customised with an optional second overband magnet for optimal separation in a single pass. Its design allows for easy integration into existing processing lines, particularly following shredders, to improve the quality of the output material.
